These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of DROPSKIN.COM and its related services.

DROPSKIN.COM is operated by EPICBYTE LTD, Company No. 16230898, registered at 117 Mayfield Road, Dagenham, England, RM8 1XJ ("DROPSKIN.COM", "we", "us", "our").

Please read these Terms carefully before creating an account, making a deposit or using any paid functionality.

By creating an account or using the Services, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Payment Policy, AML Policy and Minor Protection & Age Assurance Policy.

1. DROPSKIN.COM provides an online platform through which eligible users may interact with digital Counter-Strike 2 items and related functionality.
2. Features available through the Platform may include:
   1. case opening ("Cases" or "Case Opening")
   2. item upgrading ("Upgrader")
   3. case battles or similar competitive features ("Battles")
   4. promotional campaigns, rewards and bonuses
   5. deposits and account balances
   6. delivery or withdrawal of eligible virtual items to a Steam account
   7. other functionality introduced by DROPSKIN.COM from time to time
3. Certain features include randomised outcomes. Where applicable, available items, relevant probabilities or other information concerning possible outcomes will be displayed through the Platform.
4. DROPSKIN.COM is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Valve Corporation, Steam or the developers or publishers of Counter-Strike 2, unless expressly stated otherwise.
5. Nothing in these Terms constitutes a representation regarding the regulatory classification of a particular DROPSKIN.COM feature in every jurisdiction. Users remain responsible for ensuring that their use of the Services is lawful in the jurisdiction from which they access them.

Account

means the DROPSKIN.COM account associated with an individual User.

Age Assurance

means a process used to determine or establish with an appropriate degree of confidence whether a User satisfies an applicable age requirement. Age Assurance may include self-declaration, third-party age verification, age estimation, tokenised age confirmation, payment-related checks or other proportionate measures.

Balance

means value credited to a User's Account for use within the Platform.

Digital Item or Item

means a virtual Counter-Strike 2 item displayed or made available through the Platform.

KYC

means identity or customer verification procedures that may include verification of name, date of birth, address, identity document, payment method ownership or other relevant information.

Paid Features

means functionality requiring a User to spend deposited funds, Account Balance, eligible promotional value or other value in order to participate.

Platform or Services

means the website available through DROPSKIN.COM and associated DROPSKIN.COM functionality.

Restricted Feature

means a feature that DROPSKIN.COM designates as requiring enhanced age assurance or other verification before access.

Steam

means the Steam platform operated by Valve Corporation.

User

means an individual accessing or using the Platform.

1. DROPSKIN.COM's Paid Features are intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years or older.
2. You must be at least 18 years old to:
   1. create and use an Account for Paid Features
   2. make a deposit
   3. purchase or open a paid Case
   4. participate in Battles
   5. access or use Upgrader
   6. request a withdrawal or delivery of an Item
   7. otherwise engage with functionality designated by DROPSKIN.COM as 18+
3. By accessing a Paid Feature, you represent that:
   1. you are at least 18 years old
   2. you are legally capable of entering into these Terms
   3. the information you provide regarding your age and identity is accurate
   4. you are accessing the Services for your own benefit and not on behalf of a minor
   5. your use of the Services is permitted under applicable law
4. DROPSKIN.COM may request your date of birth or an express confirmation that you are 18 or older.
5. A declaration that you are 18 or older does not prevent DROPSKIN.COM from undertaking additional Age Assurance or KYC.
6. Upgrader - DROPSKIN.COM may require an additional Age Assurance check before permitting access to Upgrader, irrespective of whether the User has previously declared that they are aged 18 or older.
7. DROPSKIN.COM may designate other features as Restricted Features where their design, transaction characteristics or associated risks justify enhanced age assurance.
8. A parent, guardian or other adult must not create or operate an Account for the purpose of allowing a minor to access Paid Features.
9. If we reasonably suspect that an Account is being operated by, shared with or used for the benefit of a person under 18, we may immediately restrict the Account and require Age Assurance or KYC.
10. If we reasonably determine that a person using Paid Features is under 18, we may suspend or terminate access to those features or the Account in accordance with Section 15.
11. Further information is contained in our Minor Protection & Age Assurance Policy.

1. DROPSKIN.COM operates a risk-based verification framework intended to protect minors, prevent fraud, satisfy payment-provider requirements and support compliance obligations.
2. Verification may take the form of Age Assurance alone or, where appropriate, full KYC.
3. Age Assurance may be conducted directly by DROPSKIN.COM or through a specialist third-party provider.
4. Where technically available, DROPSKIN.COM may use privacy-preserving Age Assurance whereby the third party confirms only whether an applicable age threshold has been satisfied, without DROPSKIN.COM receiving or retaining a complete identity document.
5. DROPSKIN.COM may require KYC or enhanced verification where, among other circumstances:
   1. a User is suspected of being under 18
   2. Age Assurance is inconclusive or unsuccessful
   3. a single or cumulative deposit reaches or exceeds USD 20 or equivalent
   4. a single or cumulative withdrawal reaches or exceeds USD 20 or equivalent
   5. transaction frequency, value or velocity is unusual
   6. ownership of a payment instrument cannot reasonably be established
   7. information associated with the Account is inconsistent
   8. multiple Accounts appear to be associated with the same person
   9. fraud, chargeback, money laundering, sanctions or other compliance concerns arise
   10. a payment provider or other service provider requires additional verification
   11. a high-value Item is requested for withdrawal
   12. DROPSKIN.COM otherwise reasonably determines that verification is proportionate to an identified legal, fraud, age-protection or compliance risk
6. The USD 20 threshold does not limit DROPSKIN.COM's right to request verification below that amount.
7. Verification may require one or more of the following:
   1. date of birth
   2. legal name
   3. country of residence
   4. identity document
   5. facial or liveness verification
   6. proof of address
   7. proof of ownership of a payment method
   8. confirmation from an Age Assurance provider
   9. other information reasonably necessary to complete the relevant check
8. DROPSKIN.COM will seek to collect no more information than reasonably necessary for the relevant verification purpose.
9. A User who refuses or fails to complete a reasonably requested verification may have deposits, Paid Features, withdrawals or the Account restricted until verification is completed.
10. Providing false age, identity or verification information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

1. Accounts may be created using supported authentication methods, including Steam authentication where available.
2. Each individual may operate only one DROPSKIN.COM Account unless DROPSKIN.COM expressly authorises otherwise.
3. Accounts are personal and must not be:
   1. sold
   2. transferred
   3. rented
   4. shared
   5. operated on behalf of another person
   6. used to circumvent restrictions imposed on another Account
4. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your authentication credentials and associated Steam account.
5. You must contact DROPSKIN.COM promptly if you believe that your Account has been compromised or accessed without authority.
6. DROPSKIN.COM may introduce additional security measures, including authentication or verification requirements, where reasonably necessary.

1. Supported deposit methods, currencies, fees and minimum or maximum amounts may vary and will be displayed through the Platform or relevant payment interface.
2. Deposits may be processed by third-party payment providers and may therefore be subject to additional terms.
3. You may only use a payment method that you are lawfully authorised to use.
4. DROPSKIN.COM may refuse, delay, reverse or investigate a transaction where reasonably necessary to address fraud, payment, technical, Age Assurance, KYC, AML or sanctions concerns.
5. Account Balance is intended for use through the Platform and is not a bank account, deposit account or savings product.
6. Promotional credits, bonuses or other promotional value may be subject to additional conditions displayed at the time of the promotion.
7. Promotional value may not be transferable, withdrawable or redeemable for cash unless expressly stated otherwise.

1. Cases contain a defined pool of potential Digital Items or outcomes.
2. The price of a Case and information concerning available outcomes will be displayed before purchase.
3. Where DROPSKIN.COM publishes item probabilities or odds, Users should review them before purchasing a Case.
4. The result of a Case is determined by the randomisation or provably-fair methodology implemented for the relevant feature.
5. A User cannot select the particular Item received through a randomised Case unless the relevant feature expressly provides otherwise.
6. Once a randomised result has been validly generated, the result is final except in cases of verified technical error, system malfunction or other circumstances in which DROPSKIN.COM determines that remediation is required.
7. DROPSKIN.COM may cancel or correct results arising from a material technical malfunction, exploit or demonstrable error.

1. Upgrader allows a User to select eligible value or Items and attempt to obtain another Item according to the probabilities and mechanics displayed before participation.
2. The User must review the displayed probability or other relevant outcome information before confirming use of Upgrader.
3. DROPSKIN.COM may require Age Assurance before a User is permitted to access Upgrader.
4. DROPSKIN.COM may restrict Upgrader independently from other Account functionality where:
   1. Age Assurance has not been completed
   2. the User is subject to a compliance review
   3. responsible-use restrictions apply
   4. technical or risk controls are triggered
   5. DROPSKIN.COM reasonably considers temporary restriction appropriate

1. Battles and similar functionality may permit multiple eligible Users to participate under mechanics displayed on the Platform.
2. Any entry price, allocation methodology, randomisation rules or award conditions will be displayed through the relevant feature.
3. Users must not collude, manipulate outcomes, coordinate Accounts or otherwise seek an unfair advantage.
4. DROPSKIN.COM may introduce, change, suspend or remove features from time to time, subject to applicable consumer law.

1. Eligible Items may be made available for delivery to the Steam account linked to the User's Account.
2. Item delivery is subject to:
   1. availability
   2. Steam functionality
   3. Steam trading restrictions
   4. applicable trade holds
   5. Account configuration
   6. DROPSKIN.COM verification requirements
   7. third-party technical limitations
3. DROPSKIN.COM does not control Steam and cannot guarantee uninterrupted Steam functionality.
4. Users are responsible for maintaining a Steam account capable of receiving the relevant Item.
5. Before processing a withdrawal or Item delivery, DROPSKIN.COM may conduct fraud, Age Assurance, KYC, AML, sanctions or Account-integrity checks.
6. Completion of one withdrawal does not prevent DROPSKIN.COM from conducting further checks in connection with subsequent withdrawals.
7. DROPSKIN.COM may temporarily delay a withdrawal while a reasonable compliance or security review is being completed.
8. Where a specific Item becomes unavailable, DROPSKIN.COM may, where permitted by law and appropriate in the circumstances, offer an equivalent Item, alternative Platform value or another reasonable remedy.
9. Third-party estimates of an Item's market value may fluctuate. Unless expressly stated, DROPSKIN.COM does not guarantee that an Item can be sold for a particular amount outside the Platform.

1. DROPSKIN.COM encourages Users to use Paid Features recreationally and within personal financial limits.
2. DROPSKIN.COM may make available responsible-use tools including:
   1. spending or deposit limits
   2. temporary account breaks
   3. cooling-off periods
   4. self-exclusion
   5. session or spending information
   6. permanent restriction from Paid Features
3. Where a User activates a responsible-use restriction, DROPSKIN.COM may prevent or delay removal of that restriction where necessary for the tool to be meaningful.
4. DROPSKIN.COM may independently restrict Paid Features where information reasonably indicates potential misuse, vulnerability, underage access or other circumstances requiring intervention.
5. Paid Features should not be treated as a source of income, investment or method for addressing financial difficulties.

1. You must not:
   1. provide false information concerning age, identity, residence or payment ownership
   2. allow a minor to use your Account or access Paid Features through your Account
   3. circumvent or attempt to circumvent Age Assurance or KYC controls
   4. operate multiple Accounts without permission
   5. use another person's payment information without authority
   6. engage in payment fraud or unjustified chargebacks
   7. exploit a bug, error, vulnerability or technical malfunction
   8. use bots, scripts, automation or unauthorised software to manipulate Platform functionality
   9. manipulate or attempt to manipulate randomisation or outcomes
   10. engage in collusion with other Users
   11. interfere with the security or operation of the Platform
   12. reverse engineer, decompile or reproduce proprietary elements of the Platform except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law
   13. use the Services for money laundering, sanctions evasion or other unlawful activity
   14. attempt to evade a previous suspension or Account closure
   15. use the Platform in breach of applicable law
2. Users remain free to make lawful complaints, criticism, reviews and reports concerning DROPSKIN.COM. Nothing in these Terms is intended to prevent lawful consumer complaints or communications with regulators or law-enforcement bodies.

1. DROPSKIN.COM maintains anti-fraud and risk-management procedures.
2. We may review Account and transaction activity where risk indicators arise.
3. During a review we may temporarily:
   1. restrict deposits
   2. restrict Paid Features
   3. suspend withdrawals
   4. require verification
   5. restrict the Account
   6. preserve transaction and Account information where legally permitted
4. We may take proportionate action where we reasonably determine that a User has engaged in fraud, abuse, circumvention, underage use or another material breach.
5. Where required or permitted by law, information may be disclosed to payment providers, fraud-prevention services, competent authorities or law-enforcement bodies.
6. Further information about relevant procedures may be contained in the DROPSKIN.COM AML Policy.

1. Digital transactions and randomised features may be performed immediately after a User confirms the transaction.
2. Where applicable law provides a cancellation or withdrawal right in relation to digital content or digital services, DROPSKIN.COM may request the User's express consent to immediate performance and acknowledgement of any legal consequence that immediate performance has for that cancellation right.
3. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
4. Refunds may be considered where:
   1. a payment has been taken but the purchased functionality was not supplied
   2. a verified duplicate transaction occurred
   3. a material technical error prevented delivery
   4. an unauthorised payment has been established following investigation
   5. applicable law requires a refund
   6. DROPSKIN.COM otherwise determines that a refund is appropriate
5. A completed and valid randomised outcome will not ordinarily be reversed merely because the User did not receive the outcome they preferred.
6. Refunds will ordinarily be made to the original payment method where technically and legally possible.

1. DROPSKIN.COM may temporarily restrict or suspend an Account where reasonably necessary to:
   1. investigate suspected fraud or technical abuse
   2. complete Age Assurance or KYC
   3. investigate suspected underage use
   4. comply with legal requirements
   5. protect Users or DROPSKIN.COM
   6. address a security incident
   7. enforce these Terms
2. DROPSKIN.COM may terminate an Account for a material or repeated breach of these Terms.
3. Where reasonably possible and lawful, DROPSKIN.COM will communicate the general reason for a permanent Account termination.
4. DROPSKIN.COM may withhold information where disclosure would compromise fraud prevention, security controls, another person's rights, confidential risk controls or a legal investigation.
5. Where an Account is terminated, the treatment of legitimate remaining balances or eligible Items will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances giving rise to termination.
6. Termination will not automatically entitle DROPSKIN.COM to confiscate legitimate User property where doing so would be contrary to applicable law.

1. Where DROPSKIN.COM has reasonable grounds to suspect underage use, the relevant Paid Features may be immediately disabled pending review.
2. DROPSKIN.COM may request Age Assurance or KYC to resolve the concern.
3. Where the User is confirmed to be under 18, DROPSKIN.COM may:
   1. permanently prohibit access to Paid Features
   2. close or restrict the Account
   3. cancel unperformed transactions
   4. take reasonable steps concerning remaining balance or Items in accordance with applicable law
   5. prevent creation of replacement Accounts
   6. retain limited information necessary to enforce the age restriction, where legally permitted
4. DROPSKIN.COM will seek to handle personal information relating to suspected minors in accordance with applicable data protection law and the Minor Protection & Age Assurance Policy.

1. DROPSKIN.COM does not intend its Paid Features to be marketed to persons under 18.
2. DROPSKIN.COM may impose contractual marketing requirements on advertising partners, affiliates, creators and commercial partners.
3. Such requirements may include:
   1. 18+ audience targeting
   2. restrictions on youth-oriented marketing
   3. restrictions on creators or personalities with predominantly underage audiences
   4. responsible messaging
   5. disclosure of commercial relationships
   6. compliance with applicable advertising standards
4. Affiliates and partners must not represent DROPSKIN.COM as a guaranteed method of obtaining profit or income.
5. DROPSKIN.COM may terminate an affiliate or partnership relationship where relevant marketing standards are materially breached.

1. Unless otherwise stated, the Platform, design, software, text, branding and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to DROPSKIN.COM.
2. Users receive only a limited, personal, non-exclusive and revocable right to access and use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
3. Counter-Strike, Steam and associated marks and assets remain the property of their respective owners.

1. Personal information is processed in accordance with the DROPSKIN.COM Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
2. Age Assurance information will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Minor Protection & Age Assurance Policy.
3. Where practicable, DROPSKIN.COM may use third-party Age Assurance providers that return an eligibility result rather than providing DROPSKIN.COM with full identity documentation.
4. Marketing communications will be managed separately from acceptance of these Terms and in accordance with applicable electronic-marketing and data-protection requirements.
5. Acceptance of these Terms does not, by itself, constitute consent to all forms of direct marketing.

1. We aim to provide the Platform reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
2. Maintenance, security incidents, third-party outages, Steam outages, payment-provider interruptions or events outside DROPSKIN.COM's reasonable control may temporarily affect functionality.
3. We may suspend particular functionality where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security or compliance purposes.
4. Nothing in this Section excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

1. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation and any other liability that applicable law requires to remain unlimited.
2. If you are a consumer, DROPSKIN.COM remains responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable consequence of our breach of these Terms or failure to exercise reasonable care and skill where applicable.
3. DROPSKIN.COM is not responsible for losses caused solely by, except where applicable law provides otherwise:
   1. unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials
   2. your breach of these Terms
   3. unlawful conduct by an unrelated third party that DROPSKIN.COM could not reasonably prevent
   4. fluctuations in external market values of Digital Items
   5. Steam restrictions outside DROPSKIN.COM's control
   6. events outside DROPSKIN.COM's reasonable control
4. Nothing in these Terms affects mandatory consumer rights.

1. DROPSKIN.COM may restrict access from jurisdictions where providing particular functionality may create legal, regulatory, sanctions or payment-processing concerns.
2. Users must not use VPNs, proxies or other techniques for the purpose of circumventing a geographic restriction imposed by DROPSKIN.COM.
3. Availability of the Platform in a particular jurisdiction does not constitute a representation that every feature is lawful for every User in that jurisdiction.

1. DROPSKIN.COM may update these Terms from time to time.
2. Material changes will take effect on the date stated in the updated Terms.
3. Where reasonably practicable, material changes affecting existing Users will be communicated through the Platform or another appropriate channel before or when they take effect.
4. Changes required urgently for law, security, fraud prevention or regulatory reasons may take effect without advance notice where necessary.
5. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.

1. Users may contact DROPSKIN.COM through the support methods displayed on the Platform.
2. DROPSKIN.COM will seek to investigate complaints fairly and within a reasonable period.
3. Users are not prohibited from making lawful complaints to consumer bodies, regulators, payment providers or courts.

1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
2. If you are a consumer resident in another jurisdiction, nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the law of your country of residence where those protections cannot lawfully be excluded.
3. We encourage Users to contact DROPSKIN.COM before commencing formal proceedings so that the parties can attempt to resolve the dispute.
4. Nothing in these Terms restricts a consumer from using a court or dispute-resolution mechanism available under applicable mandatory law.

1. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
2. Failure by DROPSKIN.COM to enforce a provision immediately does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
3. DROPSKIN.COM may transfer its rights or obligations as part of a corporate restructuring, sale or transfer of the business where permitted by law and without reducing mandatory consumer protections.
4. These Terms, together with policies expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement governing use of the Platform.
