This Minor Protection & Age Assurance Policy explains how DROPSKIN.COM works to prevent persons under 18 from accessing Paid Features, and how our age-assurance framework operates in practice.

1. DROPSKIN.COM recognises that digital item platforms, randomised reward mechanics and gaming-related services require particular care in relation to younger audiences.
2. Our objective is straightforward: Paid DROPSKIN.COM functionality is intended for adults aged 18 years and older, and DROPSKIN.COM seeks to prevent persons under 18 from accessing Paid Features.
3. DROPSKIN.COM therefore operates a risk-based framework combining age declarations, Age Assurance, transaction monitoring, enhanced verification and account controls.
4. This framework is designed to provide meaningful protection while avoiding unnecessary collection of personal information from legitimate adult Users.

1. This Policy applies to:
   1. DROPSKIN.COM account registration
   2. deposits
   3. paid Case Opening
   4. Upgrader
   5. Battles
   6. withdrawals of Digital Items
   7. promotional campaigns involving Paid Features
   8. affiliate and creator marketing
   9. Age Assurance or KYC conducted in connection with the Platform
2. This Policy should be read together with the DROPSKIN.COM Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, AML Policy and Payment Policy.

1. DROPSKIN.COM's Paid Features are restricted to persons who are 18 years of age or older.
2. A person under 18 must not:
   1. deposit funds
   2. purchase or open paid Cases
   3. access Upgrader
   4. participate in paid Battles
   5. request withdrawal of Digital Items
   6. use an adult's Account to participate in Paid Features
3. Adults must not knowingly allow a minor to use their DROPSKIN.COM Account.

1. DROPSKIN.COM applies a proportionate "waterfall" approach to age assurance. Not every User necessarily needs to provide an identity document. Depending on the risk level and feature being accessed, DROPSKIN.COM may use progressively stronger verification.
2. Level 1 — Adult Declaration
   1. A User may be required to provide a date of birth and/or expressly confirm that they are at least 18 years old.
   2. Self-declaration is an initial control and does not prevent further verification.
3. Level 2 — Age Assurance
   1. Where enhanced assurance is appropriate, DROPSKIN.COM may use a specialist Age Assurance provider or another proportionate method to determine whether a User satisfies the 18+ requirement.
   2. Where technically available, DROPSKIN.COM will favour privacy-preserving methods capable of confirming an attribute such as 18+ CONFIRMED without requiring DROPSKIN.COM to receive or permanently retain the User's complete identity document.
   3. Age Assurance may include:
      1. third-party age verification
      2. tokenised age verification
      3. age estimation
      4. account-related verification
      5. technical or transactional signals
      6. combinations of these methods
4. Level 3 — Enhanced Verification / KYC
   1. Full KYC may be required when higher confidence is necessary.
   2. Examples include:
      1. suspected underage use
      2. failed or inconclusive Age Assurance
      3. inconsistent account information
      4. fraud concerns
      5. transaction-risk indicators
      6. payment ownership concerns
      7. AML concerns
      8. multiple-account concerns
      9. high-value activity
      10. other reasonable compliance concerns

1. Because Upgrader involves an outcome-based mechanism that may be perceived as particularly sensitive from a minor-protection perspective, DROPSKIN.COM applies enhanced safeguards to this feature.
2. DROPSKIN.COM may require an Age Assurance check before a User receives access to Upgrader.
3. A prior declaration of age does not prevent DROPSKIN.COM from requesting further Age Assurance.
4. Where Age Assurance cannot establish adult status with sufficient confidence, DROPSKIN.COM may:
   1. deny access to Upgrader
   2. request additional verification
   3. require KYC

1. DROPSKIN.COM may trigger additional verification where:
   1. a single deposit reaches or exceeds USD 100 equivalent
   2. cumulative deposits reach or exceed USD 100 equivalent
   3. a single withdrawal reaches or exceeds USD 100 equivalent
   4. cumulative withdrawals reach or exceed USD 100 equivalent
   5. high-value Items are involved
   6. transaction frequency or velocity is unusual
   7. other risk indicators arise
2. The USD 100 amount is not a safe harbour. DROPSKIN.COM may request Age Assurance or KYC below that threshold where a minor-protection, fraud, payment, AML or compliance concern exists.
3. DROPSKIN.COM may also apply additional confidential risk thresholds to prevent users from structuring transactions for the purpose of avoiding controls.

1. DROPSKIN.COM may review an Account where information reasonably suggests that the Account may be used by a minor.
2. Relevant indicators may include, for example:
   1. a User stating that they are under 18
   2. inconsistent date-of-birth information
   3. information received through customer support
   4. a credible parent or guardian report
   5. payment information suggesting use of another person's payment method
   6. failed Age Assurance
   7. attempts to circumvent an age gate
   8. account-sharing indicators
   9. other reasonably reliable information suggesting underage use
3. No single technical signal will necessarily determine that a User is underage.

1. Where DROPSKIN.COM reasonably suspects underage use, it may immediately restrict Paid Features while the matter is reviewed.
2. The User may be asked to complete Age Assurance or KYC.
3. During the review, DROPSKIN.COM may restrict:
   1. deposits
   2. Case Opening
   3. Upgrader
   4. Battles
   5. withdrawals
   6. the Account more generally where necessary
4. If the User successfully establishes that they satisfy the relevant age requirement, the restriction may be removed, subject to any other compliance concerns.

1. Where DROPSKIN.COM reasonably confirms that a User is under 18, the User will not be permitted to access Paid Features.
2. DROPSKIN.COM may:
   1. restrict or close the Account
   2. prohibit further deposits
   3. prevent further participation in Paid Features
   4. cancel transactions that have not yet been performed
   5. take appropriate action regarding remaining Account Balance or eligible Items
   6. prevent circumvention through additional Accounts
   7. retain limited information necessary to enforce the restriction where permitted by law
3. The treatment of existing balances, transactions and Items will take account of applicable law and the circumstances of the particular case.

1. Parents or guardians who reasonably believe that a minor has accessed DROPSKIN.COM Paid Features are encouraged to contact DROPSKIN.COM support.
2. DROPSKIN.COM may request information reasonably necessary to:
   1. identify the relevant Account
   2. establish the relationship of the reporting person
   3. investigate the reported activity
   4. secure the Account
   5. prevent additional Paid Feature use
   6. determine an appropriate resolution
3. Reports concerning minors will be prioritised for compliance review.

1. DROPSKIN.COM seeks to minimise the personal information collected for age assurance.
2. Where feasible, we may use systems under which an independent Age Assurance provider performs the underlying check and communicates only an age-related result to DROPSKIN.COM.
3. For example, DROPSKIN.COM may receive confirmation that a User satisfies the 18+ requirement, rather than receiving a copy of the underlying identity document.
4. Where full KYC is required, additional information may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy and AML Policy.
5. Age Assurance information will not be repurposed for unrelated marketing merely because it has been collected for age verification.

1. DROPSKIN.COM may engage specialist third parties to provide Age Assurance.
2. Before deployment, DROPSKIN.COM should conduct appropriate due diligence concerning matters including:
   1. reliability
   2. accuracy
   3. privacy
   4. information security
   5. data minimisation
   6. retention practices
   7. user redress mechanisms
   8. applicable data-protection requirements
3. Users will be provided appropriate information concerning third-party processing where required.

1. A User who believes an Age Assurance result is incorrect may contact DROPSKIN.COM support.
2. Depending on the circumstances, DROPSKIN.COM may provide an alternative verification method.
3. An Age Assurance failure will not necessarily result in permanent Account termination where the User can establish adult status through a reasonable alternative process.

1. DROPSKIN.COM's minor-protection approach is supported by broader responsible-use controls.
2. DROPSKIN.COM may provide:
   1. voluntary spending limits
   2. deposit limits
   3. temporary account breaks
   4. cooling-off periods
   5. self-exclusion
   6. expenditure information
   7. session reminders
   8. permanent restriction of Paid Features
3. DROPSKIN.COM may also impose restrictions proactively where appropriate.

1. DROPSKIN.COM does not intend Paid Features to be marketed to persons under 18.
2. DROPSKIN.COM's marketing partners, affiliates and creators may be required to comply with rules including:
   1. no deliberate targeting of under-18 audiences
   2. use of available 18+ targeting tools
   3. avoidance of youth-focused channels or placements where inappropriate
   4. restrictions concerning influencers with materially underage audiences
   5. avoidance of messaging suggesting guaranteed financial gain
   6. responsible presentation of randomised mechanics
   7. clear disclosure of paid commercial relationships
3. DROPSKIN.COM may suspend or terminate an affiliate relationship for material non-compliance.

1. DROPSKIN.COM may agree additional minor-protection safeguards with commercial partners.
2. Such safeguards may include:
   1. campaigns shown only to users identified by the partner as 18+
   2. age-gated campaign landing pages
   3. exclusion of known under-18 audiences
   4. enhanced Age Assurance before access to designated features
   5. partner-specific marketing requirements
   6. anonymised compliance reporting
3. Partner safeguards do not reduce DROPSKIN.COM's own obligations under this Policy.

1. For campaigns conducted with FACEIT, DROPSKIN.COM may apply enhanced campaign-specific safeguards.
2. The intended framework is: FACEIT marketing placements relating to DROPSKIN.COM should be restricted to audiences FACEIT is reasonably able to identify or target as 18+.
3. FACEIT need not disclose a User's full date of birth or identity to DROPSKIN.COM solely for this purpose.
4. Where technically feasible, campaign eligibility may be communicated through an eligibility attribute, campaign token or similar privacy-preserving mechanism.
5. A FACEIT referral or adult-targeted advertisement does not substitute for DROPSKIN.COM's own Age Assurance where DROPSKIN.COM requires additional verification.

1. Relevant DROPSKIN.COM personnel should receive guidance concerning:
   1. suspected-minor reports
   2. Age Assurance escalation
   3. KYC escalation
   4. parent or guardian complaints
   5. privacy requirements
   6. affiliate compliance
   7. restrictions applicable to Paid Features
2. DROPSKIN.COM should maintain an internal escalation route for complex cases.

1. DROPSKIN.COM may monitor the effectiveness of this Policy through aggregated metrics such as:
   1. number of Age Assurance checks
   2. Age Assurance success/failure rate
   3. number of suspected-minor reviews
   4. number of confirmed underage Accounts
   5. KYC escalation rate
   6. parent/guardian reports
   7. attempted age-control circumvention
   8. marketing or affiliate compliance incidents
2. These metrics may be used to improve safeguards.

1. This Policy should be reviewed periodically and following material developments in:
   1. DROPSKIN.COM product functionality
   2. Age Assurance technology
   3. applicable law or regulatory guidance
   4. partner requirements
   5. identified minor-protection risks

1. Questions or concerns relating to underage access may be submitted using the DROPSKIN.COM support channels displayed on the Platform.
2. Parents and guardians should identify the communication as an Underage Account Report where possible.
